With 36 years in financial services, Raelene brings deep expertise across sales, operations, strategy, and business transformation within banking, wealth management, and insurance. She has held senior executive roles both in Australia and internationally, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer at Zurich Australia and Zurich Indonesia, based in Jakarta. Her energetic and dependable leadership style has been shaped by a career at major institutions such as National Australia Bank, ANZ Banking Group, and Zurich General and Life Insurance.
Raelene is passionate about improving awareness of the value of superannuation and supporting members to achieve their retirement goals.
